The airline revealed that the free, “reliable and lightning-fast” wifi offering via Starlink is set to be accessible to passengers flying economy, premium economy, or premium cabins from soon.

The umbrella firm for BA, the airline group, confirmed it had reached an partnership involving SpaceX to offer connectivity access on over 500 jets across its operators, including Aer Lingus, the Spanish carrier, and the low-cost airline.

British Airways stated that the rollout of the technology was part of a seven billion pound “modernization” program and will deliver lag-free internet coverage for travelers from the gate through landing, even when in flight across seas or remote regions.

Present Wifi Services
